Keeping it Real Estate
A Rochester native, Andrew grew up in the industry. Real Estate has long been the family business. Andrew’s father, Paul Norrie, was an agent in Rochester for over 30 years, and instilled in him the ethical principles required to serve his clients well. There has been a Norrie in Rochester Real Estate for over 40 years, and Andrew is proud to carry on that tradition.
After serving in the United States Army from 2000 to 2005 Andrew went on to study Furniture Design and English Rhetoric and Writing. After College Andrew and his wife Felicity moved back to Rochester where Felicity began her career at the Mayo Clinic working in Virology Parasitology. Andrew and Felicity are raising their two daughters, Eleanor and Amelia (and their dog Zoe) in SW Rochester. They are committed to seeing Rochester continue to grow into a safe, vibrant, and inclusive community.
Andrew has been a member of the Southeast Minnesota Association of REALTORS® since 2012, and serves as a board member of our local MLS.
When he’s not at work, or at home with the girls, Andrew enjoys fly fishing year round in the trout streams of southeastern Minnesota, turning platters and bowls on his wood lathe, or riding his bicycle on quiet gravel roads.
